La Puente, in Alamosa, Colorado, is the lead organization within the collective Rural Alliance for Dignity. La Puente provides health insurance and a monthly living allowance. La Puente also has housing available for members to rent, which includes a house vehicle that can be used locally. La Puente housing is for members only. La Puente does not house spouses, dependents, or pets. Communal living in the La Puente housing is highly encouraged as part of the program model for members, but it is not a requirement of the program.
