Join us for La Puente’s Homeless Outreach, Prevention, and Education Week.
HOPE Week is a series of events meant to bring the community together to learn about homelessness in the San Luis Valley and the community-based programs to alleviate and prevent homelessness. La Puente will host three events throughout the week.
- Monday, September 18 starting at 5 p.m. join us for a delicious barbeque meal at La Puente’s Shelter
- Wednesdays, September 20 starting at 6 p.m. Walk in solidarity with those experiencing homelessness. Starting in front of La Puente’s Shelter.
- Thursday, September 21 volunteers are needed for this fun folk storytelling event. Please contact VEGI at director.vegi@lapuente.net
