Come out to City Market or Safeway in Alamosa on Tuesday, April 26th and help us fill our Food Bank vans with canned goods or fresh produce. This event is part of La Puente’s Hunger Education week and will be from 10 a.m.-6 p.m. All donations will go directly to the Food Bank Network of the San Luis Valley. Vans will be located at the entrance of each of the two locations with La Puente staff there ready to greet you. Please stop by, bring a donation, and learn more about La Puente’s efforts to provide nutrient-dense foods to those in need. This will be an all-day event.
